Subtle toasty French oak, aromatic carrying notes of fleshy white peaches, lemon blossoms and a crisp herbaceous tone

Balanced and intense with a refreshing acid line adding length and minerality. Ripe fleshy fruit layers with soft spicy oak. Complex herbaceous and pristine fruit typical to the Margaret River region, with soft, toasty and creamy back palate

Can be enjoyed upon release but will benefit from careful cellaring

Ideal with richly flavoured meats, game or mature cheddars
